  1. “Post Office Shop” means (and is the trading and operating name of) POST OFFICE LIMITED company registered in England and Wales under company number 02154540 and whose registered office is at Finsbury Dials, 20 Finsbury Street, London EC2Y 9AQ. “Giveaway” means the giveaway of Easter Chick Toys (whilst stocks last) as described and as set out in these terms and conditions of entry. “Terms and Conditions” means these terms and conditions of entry.
  2. By entering into the Giveaway, all entrants accept and shall be bound by and will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. All entry instructions issued by or on behalf of Post Office Shop (via its website or otherwise) shall form part of these Terms and Conditions.
  3. This Giveaway shall only be open to online Post Office Shop customers from the UK mainland. This Giveaway is not open or available to residents of Northern Ireland and nor is it open to employees or family members of any employee of Post Office Shop or any person employed by Post Office Shop or any person employed by any supplier to Post Office Shop.
  4. There is a restriction of one entry only per household / address into the Giveaway, any duplicate entries will not be included.
  5. Recipients may receive one (1) Easter Chick toy, only while stocks last.
  6. To qualify, you must spend £50 or more excluding VAT on the Post Office Shop's Stationery products and redeem by accepting this free offer during checkout.
  7. Entries are specific to each Giveaway date and will not be carried forward to a subsequent draw (if any)
  8. Contents of Easter Chick toy may not be exact as shown.
  9. Recipients will receive one (1) Easter chick only.

  14. The Easter chick will be sent directly from the Post Office Shop along with your Stationery order. Post Office Shop (or any supplier to Post Office Shop) shall endeavour to ensure that each recipient shall receive their Easter chick within forty-eight (48) hours of the Post Office Shop order, but this is not guaranteed and neither Post Office Shop nor any supplier to Post Office Shop shall be responsible for or be liable for any expense or loss(es) (of any kind) incurred by any recipient as a result of any Easter chick toy not being received on time or at all, or otherwise in respect of the Giveaway.
  15. All Easter chick enquiries can be directed to the Post Office Shop, not to any supplier to the Post Office Shop.
  16. Post Office Shop (together with any Supplier to Post Office Shop) accepts no liability for any loss of entries caused by a technical fault.
